Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you require an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the standard return process.
